Transcripts for Study Abroad Programs

Transcripts & Course Credits
Transcripts and course credits are sent directly to your home institution after you have finished your study abroad.

● All official transcripts are sent from Salzburg College directly to your home university or college via MySC. You will be cc’d on this correspondence.
● To receive your transcript from Salzburg College you must have no outstanding fees.
● If you need additional copies of your SC transcript, you can order these FREE OF CHARGE via MySC until 2 weeks after your term at Salzburg College has officially ended.
● Alumni who need transcripts from past semesters should contact Salzburg College directly. Please be informed that Salzburg College only has records on file from 1995 onward.

Transcripts for Degree Programs & Badges

Transcripts & Course Credits
Transcripts and course credits are sent directly to NIU after the end of each semester you complete at Salzburg College.

● All official transcripts are sent from Salzburg College directly to NIU via MySC. You will be cc’d on this correspondence.
● To receive your transcript from Salzburg College you must have no outstanding fees with Salzburg College and NIU.
● If you need additional copies of your SC transcript, you can order these any time FREE OF CHARGE via MySC.
● Based on the Salzburg College transcript NIU will then issue their official transcript. You can access and request your NIU transcript via MyNIU at any given time.
● Alumni who need transcripts from past semesters should contact Salzburg College directly.

Transcripts & Course Credits
Transcripts and course credits are issued by Salzburg College after you have finished your course work and classes have ended.

● All official transcripts are sent from Salzburg College directly to you at the end of the term to the private email address you provided when you applied.
● To receive your transcript from Salzburg College you must have no outstanding fees.
● If you need additional copies of your SC transcript, you can order these FREE OF CHARGE via MySC until 2 weeks after your term at Salzburg College has officially ended.
● Alumni who need transcripts from past semesters should contact Salzburg College directly. Please be informed that Salzburg College only has records on file from 1995 onward.
